Dee has a background of 10 years in Vehicle body repair specialising in Panel beating and Painting but has been actively working in Motorsport since 2003, he has completed an Hons Degree and also has a Master of Science Degree in Motorsport Engineering.
He joined TGR Motorsport in 2009 and was immediately a valued member of the team showing a particular skill in Chassis set up, Aero design and Shell Fabrication. his skills have also been sought after by others and he has done much freelance work. His activities outside of Motorsport include downhill Mountain Biking and playing the Trumpet.
